Xero is a cloud based accounting software which makes accounting quick and painless for small and medium sized business owners. Bank transactions are automatically fed into your accounting software, eliminating the need for manual data entry. Invoices can be created, customized and sent on the fly.

  • Signing to Xero account: If you are the new user to Xero then you have to create an account in Xero and activate the account through a link in email. As soon as you activate your account, you can add your organization to Xero and can start with your accounting in Xero.

  • Add-Ons: There are 400+ add-ons integrated with Xero. You can check which add-on is good by checking the rating list given on each of these add-ons.
  • Banking and bank accounts: You can add your bank account and their balances when setting up the Xero account. Then you will get bank feeds on the regular basis. The transactions are done using PayPal.
  • Invoices and Bills: Xero generates repeating sales invoices and bills automatically according to the schedule you had set.
  • Privacy: Xero offers full privacy. It does not leak your bank accounts details. Whatever the data is owned by you only, Xero does not owns any data.
  • User access: Xero gives this opportunity to give access to whom to use your account and how much. For instance, If you want a staff member to do data entry only, give them “Invoice Only”. and if you want a manager to have a look at the report, give them “Read Only”,
